Our Trenchless Repair Process

Simple, transparent, and stress-free — from first call to final inspection, here's exactly what to expect.

Pipe Lining Made Easy

Trenchless sewer repair — also known as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining — restores damaged pipes from the inside out. Instead of digging up your yard, we insert a flexible liner into the existing pipe, inflate it, and cure it in place to form a new, seamless pipe within the old one.

The result is a durable, root-resistant, jointless pipe that can add decades of life to your sewer system — without disturbing your property, landscaping, or daily routine.

At Rapid Drain Lining, our mission is to make the lining process as easy and stress-free as possible for every customer.

Our 5-Step Process

1

Initial Contact & Consultation

It starts with a phone call or message through our contact form. Tell us what you're experiencing — slow drains, gurgling sounds, sewage odors, or a backed-up system — and we'll schedule a convenient time to visit your property.

2

High-Definition Camera Inspection

We run a high-definition waterproof camera through your sewer line and record the entire interior. This lets us pinpoint the exact location, type, and extent of any damage — cracks, root intrusion, offset joints, corrosion, or general deterioration. We'll walk you through what we find and explain your options clearly. No surprises.

3

Pipe Preparation & Cleaning

Before installing the liner, the pipe must be clean and clear. We use hydro-jetting or mechanical cleaning to remove debris, roots, and buildup, ensuring the liner bonds properly to the pipe wall for a strong, lasting repair.

4

Liner Installation & Curing

A custom-measured, resin-saturated felt liner is inserted into the damaged section. Using either ambient or UV light curing, the liner is pressed against the pipe wall and hardened in place — forming a smooth, jointless, structural pipe within the existing one. The cured liner is corrosion-resistant, root-resistant, and built to last 50+ years.

5

Final Camera Inspection & Sign-Off

After curing, we run the camera through one more time to confirm a perfect installation — smooth walls, no gaps, no wrinkles. We'll show you the footage and leave you with full confidence that your sewer system is restored. You'll also receive warranty documentation for the liner materials and installation.
